Anyone born within a kingdom's realm or has resided there for at least a year is considered a citizen of that kingdom. Citizens enjoy voting, health care, housing, and the right to trial by jury, among other things. In return, taxes must be paid and jury duty will be served when you are summoned, to name a few things
