How much training does a healer normally get? Where? From whom?
A healer spends three years in studies at their local branch of the healer's guild, then trains under a master healer or a Seer for another 3 years.
Seers have healing as part of their powers and training, so they do not have to study as much as someone training exclusively to be a healer
