Usually, treatment involves spellcasting--first to diagnose the disease if it isn't known, and then another spell to treat it. Having said that, there are those with adverse reactions to too much magia (akin to allergies), so potions and medical herbs are alternatives should you not be able to handle magia too well. No matter which option you pick, treatments are very safe and usually effective (adverse reactions and complications are very rare)
